Wrong flight booked

Immediately complained but they refused to alter it to the correct flight except to charge me again for new tickets and A change fee for each of us as well. Will never fly with Aegean again. The website is terrible and you dont have chance to check your booking before you pay, hence why I didnt see they had changed the flight time.

Lost baggage compensation

Hello , Aegean airlines have lost my luggage while I was traveling from Georgia tbilisi to Italy Roma on the way my baggage was lost . I had couple of business meeting because of this problem due to your behalf I had to buy suit socks shirts and so on my fees were really high I wrote couple of e mails and no one responded me i am about to contact European consumer center since you have clearly decided to ignore my passenger rights looking strongly to you replay and compensation

Olympic / Aegean cancelled a flight from Milos to Athens on 6 September 2022 due to extremely high winds. As a result, we also missed our connecting Olympic / Aegean flights from Athens to Heathrow. After numerous e-mails and calls (wth reference numbers) to customer care, we still have received NO REFUND. Dealing with their customer care is an absolute nightmare and I am now considering legal action. It's so frustrating that as a result of THEIR cancelling and complete INACTION, we are severely out of pocket. I strongly recommend finding an alternative airline!

Forgot and now lost personal bag onboard

Change my tickets

We were scheduled to fly from Paros to Athens on June 8,2022. On June 7 my husband suffered a heart attack and was airlifted to Athens. Aegean Airlines would not give a refund or all my sister to use the ticket to Athens. We were in great distress and had to wait and take a later ferry. They gave me a voucher for one year. It is of no value to us because we will not be returning to Paros within a year. Distressing interaction with AegeanAir at a very distressing time.

Problems with online check in

I couldn't make mobile online check in due to unknown reason. I call aegean support service and waiting for more than 5 minutes on the line no one answer my phone call. You should improve your support service.
